The Knights of Columbus St. Simon the Apostle Council is hosting a presentation by parishioner Ron Greulich on what it means to be a Catholic leader and his experiences in youth prison ministry at Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility.   Attendees will be challenged to use their many God-given talents in working toward His plan for their lives.  He will discuss both the natural (knowledge, discipline, warmth, initiative and generosity) and supernatural qualities (living faith, humility, hope and love) of a Christian leader.  Participants will leave encouraged about Jesus’ last “sheep and goats” parable in His final sermon (Matthew 25) and hopefully inspired by several every day, yet sometimes miraculous, prison ministry experiences.  Ron is Director of Stewardship Education for the Indianapolis Archdiocese.

The presentation will be Aug 14 at 8 p.m. in the St. John room of the St. Simon Parish Life Center.  Refreshments provided.
